The door closing cam disintegrated and had to lift door to close it
Ther was a video on how to repalce this part on your web site. Describing what tools were needed saved me running back and forth to my tool box. I followed the directions given in the video and repair was completed in 1/2 hour. That included meremoving then cleaning and replacing the sheves in the door. Refrigerator door would not close completely.
I removed all the items off the shelves of the door. I then removed the top assembly,Then lifted the door off the the bottom hinge and laid it on a flat surface. I then removed and replaced the cam connector on the bottom of the door. I then removed and replaced the cam from the lower right side of the refrigerator. I put the door on the cam without assistance , then reassembled the top assembly. The refrigerator door operated immediately just like it did when it was new over 20 years ago.
