Low water pressure at the door.

Evening, I have a fridge that started too warm and is now too cold. It is freezing everything in the fridge. I have replaced the defrost timer, the defrost sensor in the freezer and the tempature control in the fridge and the freezer control shuts and opens properly. I am lost at what is left to replace.

Hi John, thank you for reaching out. Please make sure that proper temperature settings are used. We would suggest adjusting the temperature settings to the warmer side. If this does not help, we recommend you check the refrigerator coils, these coils are needed to allow the refrigerant fluid to perform its task of heat exchange. When these coils get covered in dust or other forms of dirt, it forces the refrigerator to work harder and harder to sustain the optimum temperature. Unfortunately, this can sometimes lead to overcooling and affects the temperature inside your refrigerator. You can also check the run capacitor, part number PS11743364, and the door gasket, part number PS323905. Please look for tears, gaps, or cuts in the gasket. If the problem persists, we recommend changing the damper control assembly, part number PS11749090. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
