My water is slow coming out of the water dispenser. It rattles when I use it. I've replaced the filter and water inlet valve. Could it be the housing that holds the filter. Thanks for you help.

Hello Dan, thank you for writing. Yes, it could be the parts that hold the filter. The top or cover is part PartSelect Number PS11743682. And, the bottom or Filter base bracket is PartSelect Number PS2069868. Also, there could be air in the water lines. To address this, Simply run 10 to 15 full glasses of water from water dispenser. Good luck with your repair.

light on to order water filter
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.

The poorly designed deli drawer lid tab broke off
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.

That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!

Dropped a jug and broke the lower drawer hinge pin
Remove food off of lower shelf, remove the two produce drawers, remove large lower drawer, remove glass shelf, remove three screws holding end cap in place.
