I replaced dogs as top agitator was spinning in both directions. This is fixed. Tub spins during spin cycle. Problem is agitator barely moves when there is a load in the washer. Agitator may only move an inch. Is this the bottom? The metal gear on the drive shaft looks fine. I read possibly drive block but I thought that drives the basket for spin cycle and that is working fine. I can turn agitator by hand as well.

Thank you for your question. If your washer will not agitate, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the agitator, the direct drive motor coupling, the motor, the gearcase, the lid switch and the timer.
