Rear drive wheels bald, no traction
9/16s inch socket, something to prop up one side of the mower (I used a plastic plant pot), and about 5 minutes was all that was needed. Undo the nut on the wheel, remove, replace it with the new one (can't mess it up - just goes on one way which is extremely obvious), replace and tighten the nut -- done. Just that simple.
