Problem was easily diagnosed using the internet as a resource, problem was a bad stirrer motor. Hardest part of the repair was the removal of the microwave. Once off the wall, you remove the outer cover and a molded plastic casing directly underneath the outer cover at the top of hte microwave to expose the stirrer motor. Removed two screws and two wires and the old motor is out. Did exactly the opposite to install the new motor. The kit I recvd included among other things the motor, a new inside cover, plastic rivets and even silicone to seal the inside cover. I am sure I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing myself.

You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

The lady in the Nova Scotia call center should get all the credit for being able to identify the part I needed from only the very limited information I was able to give her. Employee of the month for her. She also had such a great can do attitude. Lawence Baier

just replace need cooking tray

First let me say that I tried several places to get what I thought was a simple light bulb. This included several national hardware stores as well as a national electrical supply company. No luck. Went to the manual and PartSelect. Not only did you have it in stock, ship right away,at a reasonable price it arrived in a matter of days. One would not normally think of receiving a "how to" video to change a light bulb but you did. That impressed me. Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Well, I was really surprised and happy when the part I received 3 days after I placed the order, with normal shipping,fit perfectly and now my turn table in my microwave works. I have marked this site a a favorite and will use it I'm sure soon. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. just replaced the filters

Removed the glass cover and replaced the bulb. Very simple.

Simply placed new dish on the rotating hub.

I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

Slid them out and slid them in. Best part - ordered them at Noon on the Friday after the 4th of July and they arrived at 12:10 the next day - standard shipping.

Removed all the screws from the underside panel - approximately 9 or 10 of them. The panel easily dropped down to allow easy access to the light bulb socket assembly. The wires to the socket easily unplugged and old socket easily removed. New socket slipped right in and wires easily plugged in. Actually took longer to put the screws back in than anything else. I am thrilled with this repair. Note: so easy even a 61 year old single woman in her PJ's can do it.
