Removed the floor of the oven. Removed the flame difuser covering the burner. Igniter was in plain sight. Turned on the oven and saw that the element in the igniter did not glow. Removed the igniter. Found a replacement on this site. Ordered the replacement part, which I received 3 or 4 days later. Installed the new igniter. Turned on the oven. Saw the igniter element turn bright red. Ordered the part from you it came the next day didn't need to pay for upgraded shipping, nice. Followed the easy instructions on your site. It had all the right hardware it literally clipped on the wires and bingo worked like a champion. I've done this on many ovens it sure beats calling an appliance repairman and getting ripped off for a 15 minute job. Thanks.
