I just needed to replace a rather useless can holder in the door with a more useful bin.
All I needed was to replace a can holder in the door of my refrig ( since I don't drink pop/soda it was wasting space ) with a more useful bin to hold items like condiments/salad dressings. Popped one out, the new one in. . . . simple. I do appreciate the fact that this site made it easy to get the right item , and the item arrived the day after I ordered it. Thank you so much.

broken lid to pantry drawer
Being mechanically challenged, I'm surprised I was able to do the repair but your website was very encouraging and very helpful. The hardest part was convincing myself that I could do it and that I owned the right tools. One trip to the basement, two tools and maybe 20 minutes later the repair was done! Loved how easy it was to order, how quickly it was delivered, really great instructions on the website.

broken end caps rendered our pantry drawer "topless"
We needed to replace both end caps for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator's pantry drawer. Although it seemed that after a few minutes studying your website's illustrations we knew what parts to order, still we doubted ourselves thinking it just seemed somehow too clear considering we were in unknown territory. When we received our parts we were careful to keep the boxes and paperwork together still believing there was no way we were going to be successful. Wrong ! We did indeed have everything we needed and our repair went really smoothly. It was truly a pleasure and so satisfying. Thanks for your illustrations, your how to video and your prompt delivery.

Pivot Block not operating french door hinge
The pivot block looked slightly worn because the hinge door mechanism on the left door would not "close" when the door was opened. I bought the pivot block, but the fix is adjusting the dual french doors so they are even i n height at the top of the unit. Pivot block is a 2 minute job with screwdriver. Adjusting the height is a 5 minute job with nut driver.

Broken tab that hinges the drawer top
I have now replaced both the left and the right side Pantry End Cap. The Left side is extremely easy, but the right side is a bit tricky due to the drawer temperature adjustment lever. This is a mecanical adjuster that is made of plastic pieces that are linked together. Not super difficult but requires a little studying while taking it apart so you get it back together the same way. All in all a very simple job ,

The plastic pin that held the pantry cover broke. I replaced the right end cap.
After removing all bins and glass separator, I removed the slides and then the old end cap. I paid careful attention to the control arm that attaches into several brackets as well as at the front and rear. Getting this arm off the old cap was the hardest part of the job. It would be most helpful to have a video showing the RIGHT end cap replacement; the left end cap is easy and clean, but the right demands some manipulation of the arm which is tricky. Being careful is essential, but being too gentle didn't work. This job is perfect for a left-handed person. I spent less than 30 minutes on the job, avoided having to wait for and pay a repairperson, and had everything back together and functioning quickly. Quick shipment was terrific.
