new drip pans
I tried to get black drip pans to replace the ones I had which were well in need of changing. They no longer make the black so I found the silver ones on your site and thought for the price I would try them. They are wonderful and very reasonably priced. I ended up buying a spare set for later. Thank you for such great products and prices.

Used stove was missing 1 leg.
My used stove had been dropped by the previous owner. While I could live with the minor scratches on one side the wooden shims holding up one corner were annoying. A new leveling leg was less than $2. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to straighten the mounting hole and screwed the new leg in. This used stove was originally $2000 but I bought it for $999. the new leg plus shipping was about $10. What a deal.

Leveling legs were broken during the summer
The range in my classroom had the leveling legs broke off by the summer staff. I ordered two new leveling legs and the night custodian replaced them in about 45 minutes and them leveled the stove. Parts were just as stated and easy to order.

Had to replace thermostat knob on an older Magic Chef oven. I The only knobs I could find locally ib hardware stores were useless. The adapter supplied with these kits was much too short about 1", needed about 3" to connect to knob.
I was pleasantly surprised that the knob I ordered from you was perfect. Your catalog picture/description was right on. I am so grateful I found your site. I looked @ others and they did not compare to your thorough description. Thank you.

Oven temperture over 500 at any setting - thermostat
Shut off the gas before you do anything! Remove the top front face cover by removing the four screws. Remove the three gas lines that go into the oven valve. remove the screws that hold down the manifold bar. Slide bar to the front and free from the burners and main valve. Remove the small bolt on the underside of the manifold that holds in the oven valve to the manifold. Remove old thermostat bulb from it's bracket inside the oven and pull through to the top of oven. Then remove the old valve. Remove rubber seals and transfer them to the new valve if you don't have new ones. Replace the new valve. Insert thermostat bulb on the end of the wire into the hole and down into the oven. Mount thermostat bulb into bracket. Then just reinstall in the same order that you took it apart. Then run the oven and check the new thermostat out to make sure it is working properly.
