The grommets came apart metal from rubber.
I replaced the broken grommets with the new ones. I purchased 8 so I would have back ups because I did not feel the new one would last either. I think they cost TOO MUCH but I could not haggle for price.

Needed a second oven rack for RV oven.
With a family of five a needed an extra oven rack as my RV oven is very small. After much aggravation between calling and going online to the manufacturer I still could not get any help. Even with locating the all important parts number. I was just about to give up when I was surfing around and found this website. Wow! What a relief! Not only did you show my where to find the part number, but I ordered it and got it within days. I spent more time on hold and online with the manufacturers customer service than anything else. From now on, no matter what I need, whether RV or home, I'm going staright to PartSelect. Thank You and my family thanks you too, as we wil be camping on Turkey Day and now I'll be able to get all the meal done at once! Happy Thanksgiving! God Bless

Factory installed hinges were bent, preventing the oven door to close tightly
Had to turn off the propane, disconnect the propane line and then remove several screws holding the stove in the cabinet. Once I was able to pull the unit out of the cabinet, I had to remove several other screws for the sides in order to gain access to the hinge arm and spring. The front of the oven door had to be removed in order to get to the hinges. Replaced both left and right hinges, hinge arms and springs. After replacing all of the screws, I reinstalled the stove into the cabinet and reinstalled the screws securing it to the cabintet. Reconnected the gas line and checked for leaks. None found. Oven door operates properly now.

Thermoset W/Flange , For The Oven
The fuel lines had to be cross over from the factory positions which made one 3/8" to short. Resolved problem by cutting the sheet metal on the back of the stove top from 1" hole to 1. 5" By cutting a slot in the lower protion of the hole which when bent down allowed me to rebend the fuel line down giving me the needed length to reconnect the fuel line. New thermoset/fuel valve work great upon completion. Sincerely john o. Bevers

Igniter wouldnt turn- knob spinning on shaft
Pull knob off igniter shaft, remove two screws, take out igniter, unplug wire. Reverse to install. Would have been very simple except the metal insert that is supposed to be inside the new knob was missing from the kit. I tried using the old insert in the new knob but it did not fit tight enough and would spin on the shaft. Had to use the old worn knob on the new igniter. Customer service said they don't carry the inserts. What? The brand new knob is useless! Needed to get the stove fixed so I didn't bother returning the entire kit. Oh well, stove works now!

Ignitor shaft and knob sheered
This is a small RV cooktop. There is no pilot light but each burner will light using the spark type ingitor twist knob. Raise the front of the stove cooktop. It is on a hinge. Replace the ignitor assembly using existing screws. There is a very small anchor pin on the ignitor assy. which protrudes 1/16" from the base. The anchor pin hole had not been drilled into the stove face plate which prevents the ignitor assembly from twisting when engaged. So I drilled a 3/16 anchor pin hole exactly where required. It is important to be exact so as to align the installation screw holes in the face plate. These holes can be enlarged if need be however. Align the pin with the anchor hole and install the 2 existing screws. Attach the ignitor lead to the ignitor assy. and install the new knob. Close the stove top and start cooking.
