Water pump housing leaking.
Unplugged washing machine and tilted washer back toward wall. Loosened clamps, removed hoses from water pump and drained water into shallow basin. Pried retaining clips up with screwdriver and lifted pump off of motor shaft. Installed new pump on motor shaft and secured pump with retaining clips. Re-attached hoses and secured clamps. Returned washer to upright position, plugged washer in and ran it through a test cycle with no problems. Watched the video on the replacement of the water pump, so the process was very simple.

Water leaking in floor
Washer started leaking so I carried it out on the back deck so I could still use it until I had time to fix it, ordered pump, it came in about two days, took about ten minuets to fix and put back in the laundry room. I've had this washer and dryer set for nearly twenty years, I do most things myself, ordering online and having the parts waiting on me when I get home makes things so much easier

Noisy Water Pump
I visually located the water pump on the washer and decided it was just as easy to put the unit on its back without removing the cover. I used slip-joint pliers to slide the hose clamps and removed the hoses (have towels and/or a shop vac handy) popped the retaining clips loose with a flat head screw driver and pulled the pump away from the washer. I set the new pump in place with one of the new retaining clips I ordered with the pump, slid the hose clamps back in place, set the second clip...done. I then installed new cogs, also an easy fix. Doing these two jobs myself saved $160 over what a repair person was going to charge. PartSelect delivery was fast and the videos and diagrams are spot on. I'm not sure I've had a better online purchase experience than I had with PartSelect.

Agitator wouldn't turn.
This was an easy repair. I used a 7/16th socket on a 8 inch extension to reach the agitator bolt. After removing the bolt, I pulled off the top half of the agitator, leaving the bottom half intact and attached to the washer. After that it was a simple replacement of the agitator directional clutch dogs and then putting the top half of the agitator back in place and tightening the bolt.

Water leaknig from underneath front
Pretty much as directed. My only issue was the rust on the old part. It made it difficult to remove the old and to put on the new one. At first the new one wouldn't fit since the rust had essentially changed the size of the metal rod the new pump had to fit on. So I had to spend time sanding down/off the rust. But in the end I was able to do it and the part works great!
