This is a lower shelf frame. You may also know it as a refrigerator door cover. This part is the frame only, as the glass is not included. The frame is white and measures about 33 inches wide, and 18 inches long. To install this part, note that you will need your original rollers and screws, or you will need to purchase new ones. This piece has rail brackets that are located underneath the cover, which will allow the drawer to slide in and out on the rails.

Track for Vegetable drawer cracked off at the end causing drawer to drop rather than slide out.
Lower shelf frame lifted right off w/o the use of any tools. Removed both drawer cover fronts.The glass shelf which sits on top of frame over time will tend to stick to shelf frame. Running Hot water over glass dissolved stickiness and glass separated easily.Do Not try and pry apart if it seems stuck to shelf frame!. It may crack!. Cleaned all parts, and replaced both drawer front covers. Put shelf frame back in on shelf holder. Done. Approx.20 minute repair w/o any problems. Read more...

Drawer plastic slides broke
Took out shelf were the drawer slides are, out of the fridge.
Took a look of broken plastic slides to see how they were mounted before unsnapping them off the shelf, also compared with new slides before continuing. Unsnapped broken plastic slides by pressing the plastic clips off the shelf, pressing with my fingers, no tools used.
Installed new slides the same way old slides were. Slides have a top and bottom, so make sure to compare before unsnapping them off. When aligned, they snap right in.
Installed the shelf back in the fridge with all the items that were on it, then slid the drawer back in and VIOLA! back like new.
VERY EASY, no tools needed for my fridge, not sure for different fridges. Read more...
