Lower rack wheel was melted
Unsnapped clip, and moved it 90 degrees. Slip wheel and clip off. Installed clip on new wheel. replaced new wheel. The wheel did not come with a new clip and was not suggested on the parts list. The existing clip was still OK but if it was not, I would have had to order a clip and wait. All in all, a good experience.

PartSelect Number PS3486910
Manufacturer Part Number WD12X10327
The dishwasher roller assembly attaches to the upper dishrack. It allows the dishrack to slide out easily. If the upper rack keeps falling off the track in dishwasher, the door will not close, the door makes noises, and/or dishes are not cleaning properly, it is best to replace it for more security. A flat-blade screwdriver is the only tool needed for this installation. Slide open the upper dishwasher rack and remove the retaining tabs from both ends of the rack and slide it out. Locate the older roll assembly, remove it, and replace the rollers. Remember to put back the tabs on each side before sliding it back in. Make sure the dishwasher is turned off before starting this repair.

The rollers on the upper rack broke
There are eight guides that hold the rack rails in place. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the top two guides on each side in order to remove the rack from the dishwasher. The plastic axles on the rack and the rollers snap on. Use the hammer and punch to bend the metal clip on one end of the rail. Remove the plastic end piece then slide the rollers out. Place two new rollers in the rail and put the plastic end piece on. Use the hammer and punch to bend the metal clip back into place. Snap the rails on the rack and set the rack on the guides in the dishwasher. Replace the top guide using the screwdriver, you will have to twist the rails in order get them in between the guides. Parts were old and worn out
The repair was easy. A couple turns of a screwdriver was all that was necessary to remove the rollers and slide assembly. The I simple installed the new rollers. Slid the slide into place between the rollers and then added the back caps to the slide. Replaced the rack rollers on the top basket and then slid it into position between the new slides. Once in place, I attached the end caps to the front of the slide. Simple and quick.
