Icemaker freezes up and leaks water at the bottom of icemaker holder and it freezes into ice at the bottom also.

Hello McKinley, thank you for your question. It sounds like there might be water getting into the unit after it is supposed to stop. We would recommend testing/replacing the water valve which supplies the water to the icemaker. That is PartSelect Number: PS7784018. I hope this helps.
