Oven Temperature issue

I have a Thermador gas oven/range model PRG304US. The oven behaves poorly when the weather is warm-the oven does not come up to or maintain temperature very well. In cool conditions it is just fine....

My Amana Oven stop working. The gas range works but not the oven.There is no gas going into the oven. think it needs a new part. had to do it a few years back. forgot what it was but it was a ripoff.
