I was given a Panasonic microwave counter topI cannot find the model number. It is black and has no numeric keypad at the top its says menu action screen then underneath are three boxes power level...

I need a fuse. No one seems to carry the 12amp fuse i need. Ordering from your shop will take 3 weeks. I can get a 15amp at a local appliance shop. Can I use a 15amp instead of a 12amp?

the lights on the under side for the oventop were burnt out . new bulbs do not work either fuse ???

My microwave display a FC code and Beep. P can push the cancel button and the clock come back on and FC code return a few minute later with the beeping. I have check the cable from the Board relay...
