HALIFAX, Nova Scotia - PartSelect.com, the leading online appliance parts retailer and resource for the DIY home repair market, has been recognized for outstanding online customer service by winning the 2013 Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award. This award is the highest distinction provided by Bizrate Insights’. PartSelect.com is one of only 66 retailers in Bizrate’s North American Retailer Network of 5,000 companies to receive Platinum status. To qualify for Platinum Award, PartSelect.com achieved a score of at least 9.0 out of 10 in all seven key satisfaction indicators that nominees are evaluated on. This is the fifth time that PartSelect.com has been recognized with the Platinum Award distinction.
