Ice Guide Replacement
Turn the ice/water dispenser off. On the old ice guide, spread the side tabs and tilt the guide forward, using a flat head screw driver you can pop off the bottom tab, and remove the ice guide. Insert the new ice guide, locate the pivot tab into the slot, and snap into place, then the side tabs as well.

Fridge or Freezer Sections Too Warm or Cold
Remove the housing console cover panel. The Thermostat assembly is located inside the console. Remove the covers for the air inlet and capillary tube. Remove the connectors from the thermostat, and the thermostat from the housing. Replace the thermostat. To replace the tubes, remove old tubes and attach new ones to housing. Reinstall the control panel and housing etc.

Remove old socket by pulling out the slip which holds it in place, and disconnecting the wires. Attach the wires to the new socket, and clip it into place. Transfer bulb into new socket, or replace bulb if needed.

Replacing an Ice Bin Auger Drum
Remove Ice bin from Fridge. Remove all bolts on bin with nut driver, there should be about six. Remove the housing, being careful with the spring on the crusher/cube control rod. Remove C clamp on end of auger with small slotted screw driver and needle nose pliers. Remove the plastic nut on end of auger shaft. Remove Ice crusher jaws and lay them out in the correct order for reassembly. Remove Ice propeller and install the new drum. Reassemble in the opposite order.

Replace Screw
Remove contents from the lower shelf. Remove both of the pull out crispers. Remove the lower glass shelf and the glass support tray. Now, all four plastic shelf supports should be accessible. Remove the inside screw from all four supports and replace with four new shelf support screws. Then reassemble in reverse order.

Inside the freezer section, open up the ice maker panel on the inside of the door. Expose the back side and disconnect the connector. Install new board and reconnect the wire harness. Reinstall the panel. Similarly, the control panel requires the same install process with its board.

Water Filter Replacement
At the base of the refrigerator, locate the filter canister. Push the button on the old filter canister holder and the spring-loaded mechanism should come out. Unplug the old filter, remove cap off the new one and plug it in to the holder. After reinserting the filter canister holder and locking it in place, water should again move through the filter.
