Broken handle and cracked frame
Removed door seal by inserting a butter knife into a corner and carefully prying it away from the door. For handle I unscrewed top and bottom screw and replaced handle. For frame, I removed handle and panel, removed window, removed frame and snapped new frame into place. Re-installed all pieces.
