The switch out was so easy. It took longer to unbox the part than it did to install it!

I pulled out the grill accessory and simply plugged in the gas one! Actually, my wife did it.

1. Unpacked the new burneres
2. Took the grates off the grill
3. Removed the grill burner
4. Slipped in the new burner
5. Put the new grates in place
Total time, approx 30 seconds!!!

Having read some of the on-line reviews previous to placing the order, I was prepared for the possibility that a hole would have to be drilled so the burner unit would fit over a protruding screw/peg required by the grill. This was easily accomplished and it all worked immediately.

The range was equipped with a grill which we never used so we decided to swap the grill for a couple extra burners.

I lifted out the grill grates, then the grill. I slipped the burner unit in and put in the grates. Total elapsed time: about 45 seconds.
