first, I had to remove complete frame from grille. Then had to remove old elements. Then I had to remove all screws which required both a nut screwdriver and a regular screwdriver. After elements were installed had to put all back together. It was an easy fix.

Replacement parts were ordered - there was no 'repair work' involved. Parts were received within 5 business days. I had a problem finding the 'grill part' on the web site. I ended up calling the telephone number provided on the web site and the representative was very helpful.
