Replace push button plastic covering on front of unit
It took SIX MONTHS FOR THE PART TO BE DELIVERED, and six minutes to fix. I cannot fathom WHY it took so long to have one part delivered. SIX MONTHS. Did I mention it took six months for the part to be delivered?

buttons on control panel were cracked and/or broken off.
remove 2 screws , lift control panel. remove 2 screws that hold the electrical component. peel off the insert and install the new insert .reverse the disassembly procedure.
