Sometimes when you turn the speed control knob on, the mixer comes on, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it will come on after a few seconds delay. Which part do you think would correct this problem?

I am trying to locate part 9706036 for my mixer, ser. No. Ww4008766 mfg in 2008. I am told that the control board in my mixer is no longer available and has been replaced with a new board which is wired differently. I need assistance in either, 1- finding a proper board that matches the unit in my machine or 2- directions on how to wire to the new board.
