Door bearing shattered

I removed the top cover then the top hinge and replaced the bottom bearing. The hardest part was getting half of the broken bearing out of the door cavity. I had to break it up with needle nose pliers to get it to come out.

The refrigerator door popped when opened past 90 degrees.

This was an easy repair. I had already read about the same problem from another of your customers and followed his directions. But more remarkable than the ease of the repair was how quickly I received the part. I ordered the part, using standard delivery, at approximately 2:00 on Thursday afternoon and received it the next morning and had the refrigerator repaired within 24 hours of ordering the part. That's service.. Thanks

Hinge bearing broke

First I removed the Item out of the trays located on the door Then I removed the two screws that held the door in place> Lift the door of its location lay it on a flat surface. Counter top on a drop cloth. Remove old broken bearing< install new bearing. Replace door, install screws. Like new. I am a female and I was very proud of myself.

Door didn't close completely without extra push

Easy easy easy! I usually call for service that costs $75 just for a repairman to come to the house...I found this website, typed in the model number of the fridge and voila...found the part. Received the part in one day! Repair took abut ten minutes from start to finish. The broken part was up inside the door, not the hinge on the box part of fridge. At first glance I thought I had the wrong part. Must look at door and pry out broken bearing with screw driver. Just slide in new bearing. I am usually not one to repair things myself so I was quite proud after fixing this one....I would recommend this company to all of my friends!!!
