Element had a break and it kept nocking out the temperature high limit reset switch
uncrewed the back plate released the wire plug,replace new element , place plate back and tested the dryer . worked fine

My heating element is soldered to my electrical wiring harness. Does this replacement part come with the heating element box and wiring harness?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the heating element actually consists of the box and the wiring harness that is attached to it. All of those parts are part of the heating element. Good luck with your repair.

Hi, is there an exchange or return policy? Is there a way to confirm if this part will fit with my model or do i need to purchase another part separately? My dryer is not heating up. Thank you!

Hello Jen, thank you for your question. Per your model number, this is a correct replacement element for this unit. We would recommend testing these two parts before replacing the element. Cycling Thermostat Part Number: WPW10483239, THERMOSTAT Part Number: W10843940. If those parts are tested and are fine, the element should be replaced.

Does this heater come with the 2 thermstats mounted to it?

Thank you for your question. It does not. This is just your heating element, the thermostat and thermal fuse would be sold separately. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
