Ice maker water inlet vlave wasn't shutting off properly.

I followed the directions enclosed with the part. I removed the ice/water dispenser control unit out of the front door with a screw driver (no screw on my refrigerator) and disconnected the three cables and replaced the unit with the new part. I snapped the new unit in the door and was done in less than 15 minutes.

Replace the ice and water dispenser control board and template

There were no instructions included with the part. I recommend googling "replace ge refrigerator dispenser control board" there were several youtubes that helped a lot. Repair consisted of prying off the control board and template from the bottom. A flat bladed screwdriver was helpful. After removing the assembly, disconnect the three wire connectors noting their orientation. The screw driver can help pry off the connectors. Next insert the connectors in the new control assembly. Next snap the control assembly in place by inserting the top into the freezer door and snapping in the bottom. With that you're done
