Broken plastic on auger
removed broken auger retainer screws (3) auger, removed nylon retainer nut on end of auger, transferred blades to new auger then reassembled ice bucket assembly.

An auger blade was broken
Your site was great as we easily identified the part we needed, ordered it and received it quickly. Reviews were very helpful as we would not have known about the nut that we had to turn in the opposite direction to loosen it. After receiving the part we watched the video on how to replace the part. We would do one thing, then stop the video and do the next part. The only difficulty we had was when replacing the auger we did not get the spacers in the correct order. We had to study the video very closely to see the correct order. But, hooray, we now have ice again.

Our ice auger had broke
I watched the video on the website where the guy changed the ice auger and it was so easy to fix. I feel like I saved a ton of money by doing this myself. Would recommend this project to anyone. Just follow the video's instructions.

Ice auger blades broke - would not dispense ice.
This repair is very easy IF one views the video and pays attention. Keep ice crusher blades and spacers in order when you take them off so they will go back in the same order. Wish all repair jobs were this easy.

Took the time to watch the instructional video to know what I was getting into before I started. Well worth my time. Good tips and answered several of my questions about how to take it apart without breaking all the other plastic parts. It works great now.

With the helpful YouTube video the repair went very smoothly. I ordered the part on Friday morning and received it Saturday morning. It was fixed less than 48 hours after I noticed it was broken. I'm not a handy man yet it was still easy to fix.

Blades were broken on the auger in my ice machine.
I watched the YouTube video that was posted on PartSelect.com and it made the repair a snap to do, even though my ice tray a bit different than the one shown in the video. The repair was easy and took less than 30 minutes to do.
