The shelf which held up the two hydrator drwers broke

THE PERSON ON THE TELEPHONE WAS QUITE HELPFUL. HE TOLD ME TO TRY TO SAVE THE GLASS FROM THE OLD PART, WHICH WORKED, BUT THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER SMALL AND LARGE PIECES WHICH HAD TO BE CAREFULLY REMOVED AND ATTACHED TO THE NEW FRAME. THIS WAS THE CHALLENGE--NOT TO BREAK THEM DURING REMOVAL. I DID BREAK A STRUT BUT, THE OVERALL REPAIR WAS A SUCCESS. TOO BAD THEY DON'T MAKE REFRIDGERATORS LIKE THEY USED TO.

Part of the drawer slide broke so I needed to replace the whole drawer bracket

I removed the broken drawer frame assembly. After removing the various parts from the old frame and installing them on the new frame, I then installed the frame into the refrigerator and slid in the two drawers. It would have been helpful if some directions were included. I was very tentative about removing some of the parts because I was not sure how much bending and stress the plastic frame could take during the reinserting some of the parts. They all snap into the new frame but they are a very tight fit. The whole assembly has a lot of play between the two side walls of the refrigerator. The knobs that hold the frame in place are almost too short.
I am not impressed with the quality of this refrigerator . the plastic and engineering are below par for the money.

Rails on the lower pan frame snapped off.

There were no directions provided. Several pieces had to be removed from the broken frame and reinstalled on the new frame. Comparing the new frame to the old frame provided a road map for what parts had to reused and transferred. As all the parts are plactic, this had to be done carefully so as to avoid damaging the plastic during removal and installation. The only tool required was a screw driver which was used to pry the needed parts off the old frame.

Lower pan frame and door bin had broken plastic parts

Broken door bin was just replaced with new one.

Lower pan frame: Had to disassemble old frame as new one did not include any connected parts including glass top, central drawer sliders, humidifier sliders etc. All these had to be pried, jimmied, yanked off old frame and put onto new frame. This was a pure guessing game and it would have helped to have some instructions or guidance. Thankfully I didn't manage to break any of the parts as I was prying them off.

As a note, we had to replace the lower pan frame because the side drawer sliders broke soon after purchase. The plastic is cheap and the drawers cannot handle too much weight.

Tray that holds crisper drawers broken

The repair is a little tricky since %95 of refrigerator parts are plastic and snap into function. Removal of parst attached to old tray was slow and cautious not to break. I cut out needed piece from not needed.

But in the end broke on small part (not worth replacing).

The ordered part arrived within days quoted - thanks.
part used is not as described above.
