Wheels that allowed racks to roll on were broken
Removed broken wheels & clips from the lower rack. Easily replaced the clips and wheels with the new clips & wheels which are better built then original. The dishwasher now operates better then in its new state because the bottom rack sits higher and the bottom arm swings more efficiently and the dishes are coming out cleaner.

The wheels fell off and melted against the heating unit. One would fall off then another over a period of time.
Simple. Very simple Just pop them on and remember to order the correct elements to insert into the wheel.

Wheels falling off bottom drawer
Very annoying problem with wheels falling off of the bottom dishwasher rack. Thanks to good advice here, purchased wheels AND wheel axels. Axels snap into the wheels, and the wheels snap on the bottom rack. Wheels are wider that the originals, and these snap ons are a much better design. Rack rolls in and out better than brand new!!

Wheels kept falling off bottom drawer.
After going on your website and reading some of the other stories, we couldn't believe how easily we could have resolved this issue! We called local appliance parts and sales stores and they gave us ridiculous prices to replace the wheels!! For a small amount, we were able to get the parts, (within 2 days!!), and I fixed it myself in about 15 minutes! You are wonderful and we highly recommend you and your services. Thank you! Melodie

Original and factory replacements wheels come off
I removed the old wheels and put on the new ones. The replacement wheel axel works so much better than the original parts and will last much longer

The old wheels were continuously falling off the lower rack. We had to lift the rack in and out of the dishwasher - total pain in the neck.
I removed what few remaining wheel assemblies there were - just pulled them off - no tools needed. Then I assembled the new wheels and wheel axels and simply snapped them on to the lower rack! It was a piece of cake.

Support for lower wheels broke
Looked up parts diagram on your Web Site found the parts number and ordered them. Problem was the diagram had two part numbers. One was for lower basket wheel assembly, the other was for lower basket (rear) wheel assembly. Ordered both and when I received the parts the only difference was color. Now I have front wheels in white and rear wheels in gray. Other tan that it was a simple repair and saved a costly service call.

Broken wheels on the bottom tray
It only took 10 minutes and they had the right parts and I got them in 2 days. I am ashamed to say that I let this go for a couple of months and for about $20 and 10 minues, I was able to take care of the the issue. The3 wife is thrilled.

The old wheels were falling off.
put the wheel on the axle clip, then attached the assembly to the rack, snapped on. Much better design but may still need replacing down the line.

Bottom rack wheels fell off
I just pushed the stud roller onto the roller wheel and then onto thedishwasher lower rack. The stud roller is the axle and it took a little pressure with a plier but they are very secure now. It could not have been easier. I should have done it long ago. The dishwasher wheels starting breaking off before the machine was a year old. I use the dishwasher not even every day and nothing odd was done to the wheels it was just a very poor design. One wheel broke, then another and so on until every night I had to balance the rack on broken wheels just to run it. So frustrating and now perfect, sturdy, smoothe rolling rack thanks to your easy to use parts. Thanks so much
