The wheels kept falling off the right side of the bottom rack; it was extremely annoying. We basically had to lift the bottom rack to get it in and out of the dishwasher.
I removed the old wheels & studs on the right side of the bottom rack of the dishwasher, and I gleefully THREW THEM ALL OUT! HA HA!
Then I put the nice new rollers on the studs, and then I put them on the rack.
Helpful hints for others beleaguered by this design problem:
1) Be sure to get new studs - that's the part that kept causing the wheels to fall off
2) Put the rollers on the studs before putting them on the rack. (Another user on this site noted that, and it was very helpful).
3) P.S. Very prompt shipping, great service - I will definitely use this company again. And thanks to whoever dropped a cheerful Christmas candy into the box!!

Lower rack began rusting and wheels broke off.
Pull old rack out, slip new one in! One thing i did was order wheels and studs as i was unaware they lower rack came fully equiped with all wheels, studs, and flip up dish dividers. So if your replacing the rack no need to order the wheels! The diagram made it look as if you only et the wire rack and not all the added pieces.

The wheels on the bottom rack kept coming off and I was beginning to hate my dishwasher. Also, the top rack had rusted through in areas.
Easilly took the rollers off and slipped on the new ones. Changed out the top rack. Now the dishwasher is back to new! Don't know why I put this off.

Lower rack would no longer roll out. Had to lift out lower rack.
Once we ordered both the "Stud Roller" and "Roller Lower Rack" the repair was simple.
The previous studs mostly disitegrated, so their removal was not an issue. The wheels pulled off easily.
I recomend getting new studs and rollers for all of the wheels on your rack. For me, that was 8 wheels and 8 studs.
First, take the rack out and flp it upside down in a convenient working space. Next, remove all of the old wheels and studs from the rack and discard. Then, snap the new wheels on to the new studs. Next, atached the stud (with the wheel) to each of the 8 spots on the rack. Put the rack back in the dishwasher and walla!
I can't beive that I waited almost two years to make this simple repair.

The rollers on my dishwaher kept falling off and the lower rack wouldn't roll in or out.
We removed the remaining rollers, inserted the studs into the rollers and attached to the lower rack. Easy. I can't believe we put up with this for so long. We appreciate your quick service. So much easier than going shopping and waiting for the parts to come in and then having to go pick them up. Thanks for being there.

Wheels kept falling off the dishwasher rack
This is one of those things that after you do it, you wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Installation was a snap - literally. All I did was remove the wheels from the bottom dishwasher drawer (they didn't stay on anyway...and one had fallen off mid-wash and melted). I was able to re-use the wheels and simply snap in the new axels - which have a far superior design. I ordered a couple extra wheels to replace the one that melted and to have on hand...just in case. Delivery was incredibly fast - I received the parts the day after I placed the order. Why didn't I do it sooner?!

Rollers/clips of lower rack kept falling off due to poor design and improper sizing of front rollers.
The repair was quite easy. You simply take the new rollers and attach the pins to each of the rollers purchased. I gladly remove the old roller units. I placed each of the new rollers onto each pin of the lower rack unit, and snap them into place. The rack rolls with ease now thankfully!

The front wheels were coming off the lower dishwasher rack.
Having ordered new axles and wheels, we easily took the old ones off and snapped on the new ones. Once we realized NOT to put the wheels on the axles before attaching them to the rack, the repair was super easy. Evidently GE had put inefficient axles on the original dishwaser and had subsequently redesigned them.

I'm told I had a typical pump seal leak.
I unplugged and removed my dishwasher and followed the instructions extactly repairing the pump and replacing the parts I had just received. I torgued the ring to the specified amount, installed the pump and found the impeller could not turn. I dis-assembled it all again and loosened the ring to allow the impeller to turn, reinstalled it and when I initiated the wash cycle, water began running wildly. Next step, replace motor and pump as the pump motor shaft has gone out

My wheels would not stay on the roller rack which made me dread having to put a dish in the rack.
All I had to do is take out the rack, pop off the old wheels, place the new stud rollers on, then pop on the new wheels. So easy and now my dishes don't get chipped when I pull the rack out and push it back in. I wish I didn't wait so long to order new parts.
