Ice and water are not being dispensed so i believe i need part 93 according to your diagram for my model. But how do i know if my current part 93 is actually malfunctioning or it’s something else? I pulled the board out and there is also a solenoid that sits next to the board and there is definitely water somehow accessing the area. There are drips of rust coming from the solenoid. So how do i know what isn’t working?
For model number GSS25TGPDWW
Hi Alexis,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately only a technician would be able to test your board but you can test your solenoid with a multi meter to make sure that part is working alright. That would probably be the best course of action. Then you would be able to either confirm that it is your solenoid or rule it out. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
