Washer came without drain hose
Our daughter connnected this hose herself and was so proud, as she had never attempted a repair before. It must have been a fairly easy task. Thank you for the fast service, I ordered on Thursday and received it on Saturday of the same week! Outstanding service.

Drain hose cracked, leaking water, when in use
It was easy, I just removed the old drain hose clip with a screwdriver. Next, removed the old, cracked hose, inserted the new one, and screwed the new clip in. The best part about this story is the incredible service I was given, by this company. I bought the machine at Sears, so I assumed I could find the hose their. No, they instructed me to go to Orchard Supply(their sister store), I purchased a drain hose, the clerk told me to buy, but the water was still leaking. So, I went on-line and found the right hose, and now I will continue to purchase what I ned for my machine from your company. REALLY Fast Service. Thanks

No drain hose on washer when purchased used
This was the easiest repair of a drain hose I have ever done. Thought I would need a "stubby, and hose clamps, but didn't. Just screwed the clamp to the back of the machine, and snapped the hose in the opening. clicked in three times to seat and thats all there was!

Water leak
replaced drain hose and the water leak stopped. i could not see a hole in the old drain hose and thought i needed a new clothes washer but since a new drain hose was under $20. including shipping I figured it would not hurt to replace the old drain hose first. There must have been a microscopic split in the plastic drain hose because now it does not leak a drop. it was easy to replace and only took about 10 minutes from start to finish. Thanks.

Drain hose was leaking
The repair was an easy fix. Since the washing machine was already away from the wall, all we had to do was push(in a screwing motion) the hose in the back of the washer. It sealed right up and we were doing laundry 15min later.

Old drain hose starting to leak
Pulled washing machine away from wall. Cut tie strap on old drain hose. Used socket set to unscrew old drain hose clip and pulled old hose out of washing machine. Inserted new hose clip on end of new hose and inserted into washing machine. screwed hose clip onto washing machine. Pushed washing machine into place and tied hose to wall with new tie strap.

The outlet hose developed a leak.
I removed the screws/ bolts wtth a pair of pliers, attached the new clip onto the hose. ( I did have to push quite hard and was worrried I may break it) Then I screwed the clip back onto the machine. It may be good to include new screws in the bag with the clip, mine were pretty rusty after the machine had leaked.

Machine wouldn't fill, losing water out back
Determined the drain hose on the back of the machine was leaking, due to my dog chewing on the hose. Replaced the hose with the new one, locked the dog out of the garage where the machine is located, problem solved.
