Disabled upper crisper bin: Rim damaged
Prior replacement quotes hovered around $85 plus S/H, so I had given up on it until I found this site through BargainBabe.com. The first bin shipped was cracked; I received a full CC credit the same day I reordered. Second bin arrived in good shape. The humidity adjustment piece is a bit loose, but we don't move it around once we set it anyways. All good and quick at about half the price.

Crisper pan rails broken
Took everything out of my old crisper pan. Slid the crisper pan out and put the new one in. Put everything in the new crisper pan. All set to go!

Broken parts
Crisper Pan cracked - replaced / Door Handle Broke - slid plastic parts off the top and bottom. Unscrewed door handle. Replaced with new door handle. Slid top and bottom parts back on. Easy.

The slide lip broke off of the oridgial crisper pan
Just empied the old crisper pan into the new one after washing the new one out and i was done.

Ordered new crisper pan.
Just dropping you a note to say, Great Service!
I spent less that 10 minutes online (including a Google search for parts) ordering my replacement crisper drawer for my Whirlpool refrigerator .
I placed my order and shortly after noon (EDT) on Monday 8/1 had a confirmation of the order and then a notice by 4 pm that day that my part had shipped. The package arrived at noon today (Wed.8/3) by FED EX. Exactly what I needed.
Your site is easy to use and the pictures are very helpful...you even had a video of how to replace a “crisper drawer”! (I did not need it but thought how helpful that probably would be to some folks!) I will definitely keep you bookmarked in my computer and recommend you to others.
I wish all online companies functioned as well as you!

Just for fun I spent a few minutes looking at the Whirlpool website trying to locate the same part and after 20 minutes of going in many different directions, gave up!

Old pan was cracked where it slides in.
I took out the old pan and put the new pan in. Total time, including opening the box was less than 5 minutes. Fits great. I was also very pleased at how quickly it was shipped.

Old drawer broke
Purchased a new crisper drawer...opened the package it came in and then put the new one right in. It only stuck out about 1/4" of inch from being put all the way in...but it still works great!!!!
