Door handle broke off

The handle was made of plastic on an otherwise stainless unit.It got brittle from the heat off the stove top.Anyway,it snapped off.Ordered the new one and it arrived in 3 days, exactly what we ordered. The tricky part was getting at the screw heads which were sealed nicely in the door frame. You first have to remove the screws in the open end of the door, then I took cheese knifes and gradually prised o0ff the plastic frame around the inside of the door.(it will come off but you must be careful and patient.Once off, then you can ease off the inner skin (using the blunt knives.)That will reveal the foam covering the screw heads.Peel back the foam and use the screwdriver tofinnish the job.DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS COS YOU CAN BREAK THE PLASTIC HANDLE ONCE MORE.Door went back together quite easily.Just use patience if you have any left.D

Coupling on top of blender stripped and broken and shaft needed rethreaded

order new coupling and bought die, 10 X 28NF, rethreaded shaft and put cover and new coupling back on. Works fine. Thanks to Parts Select, I was able to rescue a $200.00 commercial blender for about $16.00, parts, and shipping.
