One of the fastest repairs that I have performed. Took less than 15 minutes. Unhook wires, removed haoding screws, unclamped hoses. Reversed the process to install the new unit. Shipping was incredible. Ordered the part at 1400 on Thursday and had the part in hand Friday at 0900. One of the best on-line experiences that I have ever had. Thanks a bundle, Richard
I looked up what others said about the same problem. Took their advice, ordered the pump and it was installed in less than 30 minutes. This is the third time that we have ordered parts and have had excellent service. We usually get the parts the next day or at most two days. Instructions to repair are exactly like the customers say on the website. I tell all my friends and relatives about your site. Thanks PartSelect!
with a blade screw driver, I released the clips holding the front cover (from the top cover) tip the panel foward and lift off of pins on bottom. I put some towels in the bottom to absorb any water left after removing all I could with a cup. Then I released both clamps with pliers, pushing them back on hoses. Using a 10 mm nut driver, I removed the pump. I then mounted the new pump, pushed hoses on and slid clamps in position with pliers(while squeezing pliers) Voila, it works like it's new. Thank you Parts Select
Pulled off front cover of machine. Unplugged unit. Used a channel lock (water pump pliers) to squeeze the hose clamp on the suction hose. Pulled hose off of pump suction. Did same for discharge hose. Some standing water came out onto floor of unit. Unscrewed 2 screws from base using nut driver. Pulled the 2 wires off of the stabs of pump. Re-installed new pump in reverse order. Unit back on line in 15 minutes, and works fine.
i took out the two screws that mount the pump to the base of the washer, then i took a pair of channel locks to disconnect the clamps on the drain lines. thats it. i put the new one in and it works great!
remove screws from bottom of washer to remove the bottom of the washer so you can access the pump and motor assy. and remove two hose clamps.
First i removed the bottom of washer and removed clamps from two hoses connected to the pump , removed 2 pump bolts along with wire connector. Then reinstalled new pump, hoses and wiring and that was it. Very easy !
First I uplugged the machine and removed the front cover of the machine by prying outward at the top corners with a screwdriver. Then I removed the two bolts from the mounting bracket and unplugged the electrical wires. Then using a pliers I squeazed the hosed clamps and slid them back on the hoses and pulled the hoses off the pump.To install the new pump, simply reverse the order and check for leaks. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
I sold the washer to a friend of mine and gave him the parts as soon as I receved them. He passed on to me that everything was easy very simple 30 - 60 min he was done with both repairs. Everything worked great with no assembly issues. Also I recieved the parts ontime and faster then I expected. Thanks again. Terry F.
