Keeps blowing hi limit on heater box. Replaced 2 times out again. Have replaced power supply board thinking stuck relay, still blows tstat. Was wondering if the interface board would be in the loop as well #dc92-01309. Unit has double element and i believe the smaller one stays on as i note the temp stays around 158-160 after initial heat up which is about 190 then falls to 150s or so. I place on air only and it will not heat and temp will fall like normal. Ive visually inspected element and looks good. Ducts have been cleaned very well. Just don't understand why does not cycle right.
For model number dv56h9000ep/a2
Hello Mitch, Thank you for the question. It is recommend to replace both the thermostat and fuse PartSelect Number PS4205212 on the Heater box at the same time. Normally one will blow if the other is also defective. Hope this helps!
