Ice formed on freezer coils blocking cold air flow to fresh foods section

I removed sheet metal covering coils, held in place with 4 screws. I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. Replaced bad heater element with new one in reverse order.

Ge refrigerator water dispenser didn't work

I am very handy and figured it out by myself. I installed the water valve - bracket assembly and control board within an hour and the dispenser works fine. I recommend that you all make installation links on line more user friendly. Thanks.
