Broken drawer tracks from overloading the drawer
The parts arrived quickly and were an exact match to the originals. Advise. Remove the shelf with the broken tracks and let warm to room temperature. The plastic is more pliable and it's easier to get the old ones off. Just push in and slide the lug to the matching opening to remove. Before you try to install the new ones, lubricate the lugs (blocks) with vegitable oil or vasiline etc. It will make the new parts slide in with little effort. double check to make sure the lugs lock into place before reinstalling the shelf.

Track broke - easily slides off and the new one goes on just as easy.
Lightly tapped end of broken rail with rubber mallet to take the rail off. Again, aligned new rail and lightly tapped into place. Done in 5 minutes.

Broken track would not support snack drawer
After removing the shelf from the refrigerator, I had to give the track a little gentle persuasion to get it out. Once out, it was only a matter of placing the new part, and returning the shelf to it's proper place. It was literally less than 5 minutes to do the entire repair (including the removal & replacement of items on the shelf).

My icemaker hadn't worked for years
My son took the icemaker apart and helped me figure out what I needed to fix it. We ordered the part, which was easy with the diagrams this site supplies. I was able to get the new part in after just a little figuring out what I needed to do. I am so happy to get automatic ice again.

Would not slip on all the way
Had to use sand paper as the slider as it would not go on all the way. After sanding the plastic down a bit, it took the excess off and slid on just fine. Every thing works as it should.

Ends of the refrigerator drawer tracks broke off...
... probably from overloading the drawer.
Used a rubber mallet to tap the old tracks out and the new ones into place. About 5 minutes total, and I am NOT a "handyman"!

Broken tracks
I removed the drawer and shelf from the fridge, then snapped one broken track out. I had to gently pry the track near the middle with a screwdriver to pull out the one small circular tab then the track slid right out. Thankfully I had read some other customer's instructions first so I was not surprised to see the new part had two other small circular tabs that kept it from fitting that I had to file off before snapping the new track in place. I repeated with the other side. It was super easy, I spent more time looking for the file than actually doing the repair! The other reviews were really helpful, without that I would have been more nervous about filing the tabs off the new parts.
