Auger was not working

This happened once before. The plastic auger broke. I had a local repair store order the auger and then install it into the bucket. The cost was much more than I paid PartSelect for the entire assembly. What could be easier--pop the old one out and put in the new--for a cheaper price.

Piece of plastic broke off of ice bucket and it didn't feed the ice out very well.

Sent to your company for the ice bucket and auger assembly and replaced the old one. It took about 5 minutes. Very easy to do. Works great. Thank you so much for making it so easy.

Ice auger was broke and ice was freezing in the recess door

all parts worked and were easy to install. probably saved me from having to buy a new fridge. ice maker is working fine and recess door flap is closing correctly. very satisfied.

Auger broken, and clear plastic piece at exit of bucket broken.

Pulled old assembly out, emptied ice, installed new assembly, filled with the ice already made. Less than 1 minute.
Worked like new for a week. Now, auger won't turn. Have no idea what the problem is, but I'm assuming it's the motor that turns the ice bucket auger, because the auger turns by hand. The bucket ass'y. was in need of replacement, but now I'm wondering if it was worth the money because of this new problem.

Frost in freezer and no cold in refrigerator

Unplug the appliance. Removed back panel inside freezer compartment to find the freezer coils covered in ice. Defrosted freezer area with hair dryer and towels. Removed the old defroster heater (one bulb) and replaced withe the improved two bulb unit. I had to splice an extension wire included into the one wire as the old wire wasn't quite long enough to attach to the new defroster. Put it all back together and plugged it in. It's been two weeks and working fine.

Broken ice tray & dispenser, would not dispence ice
