This is the 2nd time I've had to order the same part of the LG # LTCS20220W/05 made in Mexico not so "smart Inverter" refrigerator I got on sale about 3 years ago through Sears. The Fridge makes a noise if I leave the door open "too long" which is quite irritating to both my husband and me. For the amount of money I've had to pay for new parts on this fridge, I could have bought a used one that wasn't so "smart" that would have lasted longer than this fridge is lasting me. I swear, I won't buy any LG smart inverter fridges ever again. The person who delivered it didn't tell us it would make the irritating noise every time we might leave the door open for "too long," and certainly didn't explain to us how all the cheap plastic parts in it break or crack easy if any weight of a certain glass or even plastic jar is too heavy. I guess we're supposed to weight everything before we put it inside the fridge so any items won't crack or break the cheap plastic parts inside. Customer service was helpful and quick to answer the phone though...
