The Tabs on the funnel broke off so the rubber that allowed ice to drop straigth did not stay in place
I went on to YouTube and found a video. I pulled out the Refrigerator and unplugged it from the wall. I popped off the front panel with a flat screwdriver from the bottom of the unit and unplugged the connectors and set the panel off to the side. there are four small Phillips screws that allow the Funnel panel to be removed. The funnel has a spring that is removed with a needle nose pliers. There are two tabs that you push back and release the Ice Funnel. Installation is reverse of this. Remember that when you put the funnel back in, there is a thin metal strip at the bottom of the unit that the funnel goes under. This tab, when the funnel is pushed back for ice triggers the celluloid motor. This is a very easy job to do.

Broken funnel tabs, rubber deflector wouldn't stay in
Existing instructions on the site for this repair were very helpful. They just needed a little more detail: "After removing the front cover to the control panel..." Figuring out how to do this took the most time. I finally pried at the bottom with a screwdriver and it snapped out. Next time I'll know to lift at the bottom right and left sides. The existing instructions said to unplug the three connectors. I should have done that; it would have made the job much easier. Instead I let the control panel dangle. That meant I also had to set the ice and water lock to avoid drenching myself. The rest of the job went as the original instructions suggested.

water dispenser arm broke
We googled the problem and found a solution on the internet. It worked exactly like the person described. We pushed a wooden skewer under the control panel, then had to unscrew 4 screws. We were happy to have saved the money of having a repair person come out to the house!

The rubber ice deflector fell off becasue the funnel failed
After removing the front cover to the control panel, I removed the 3 connectors. Then I removed the 4 screws and pulled out the assembly with the funnel.

The I had to lift the plastic tabs on the left and right to release the funnel. Reinstalling the funnel was a little tricker, trying to get the two plastic tabs, the spring and the tab that works the switch all in place at the same time. Then I installed the rubber deflector onto the funnel (the original problem.)

Finally reinsert the assembly, install the 4 screws, attach the 3 connectors, slide the panel back into place starting at the top and then the bottom
