Clip that held the upper spray arm broke
The repair should have taken 5 minutes but I did not realize that the clip had a front and a back - so check that before you remove the old clip as the rod the spray arm spins on is angled and it will stick if you mount it the wrong way. Also the clip has been redesigned so you do not need the little cover - if you buy the spray arm kit PS382824 it is all you need - good luck! Repair man wanted $250 - I did it for $40.00 and bought an estra $2.30 cent part!

Old rubber manifold rotted out with multiple leaks
Replaced with one-piece unit made of upgraded material. The two mounts did not match. Luckily, the old mounts were of good material allowing me to reuse them. Did not return the unmatched mounts because the inconvenience wasn't worth the effort or cost. Unit works like new now.

Spray arm broken
The repair is fairly simple and only requires a screw driver. Make sure you order two parts: the spray arm and the bracket that holds it to the upper tray. Also, make sure the bracket that holds the water nossle to the upper tray is at the very end of the tray, otherwise the rotating arm will not rotate.

Plastic post that suspends the washer arm for the upper basket broke off
REMOVE THE UPPER WASH ARM BY UNSCREWING THE BRACKET SECURED TO THE UPPER BASKET ABOUT THE MIDDLE WITH A SINGLE STAINLESS SCREW. REMOVE THE ENTIRE ARM ASSEMBLY FROM THE DISHWASHER. NOTE:: THE SUPPORT AT THE BCK OF THE BASKET THAT HOLDS ONE END OF THE PLASTIC WATER TUBE IS SPLIT TO ALLOW THE WATER TUBE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BRACKET. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE BRACKET..JUST THE WATER TUBE AND WASH ARM ASSEMBLY. THE REPLACEMENT PART $4.00 IS A NEW DESIGN AND SNAPS INTO PLACE ON THE BASKET AND NO SCREW IS NECESSARY TO HOLD IT IN PLACE. REMOVE THE SCREW FROM THE BROKEN PART, BEING CAREFUL TO REMEMBER THE SEQUENCE IN WHICH THE PARTS INSTALL SO THAT THEY REALIGN PROPERLY WHEN RE ASSEMBLED. INSERT THE NEW PART THROUGH THE CENTER OF THE WASH ARM/WATER TUBE ASSEMBLY AND SECURE WITH THE SCREW AND WASHER. IT HELPS TO RUN THE SCREW ONCE AND BACK IT OUT AGAIN TO SEAT THE SCREW HOLE BEFORE REINSTALLING THE ARM AND TUBE ON THE BASKET. SNAP THE ASSEMBLED PART TO THE CENTER OF THE BASKET.( THE ARM SHOULD BE FREE FROM THE FRONT,SPLIT RING,BRACKET SO IT CAN BE MANIPULATED TO ALLOW THE NEW PART TO SNAP IN EASILY. IT WILL NOT SNAP IN IF THE FRONT BRACKET AND WATER TUBE IS STILL INSTALLED IN THE BRACKET.) RE PLACE THE WARTER TUBE IN THE PLASTIC SUPPORT WITH THE SPLIT AND PUSH THE UPPER BASKET CLOSED WHILE WATCHING THE WATER TUBE MAKE CONTACT WITH THE WATER SUPPLY LINE AT THE REAR OF THE WASHER. THIS IS NOT A WATER TIGHT CONNECTION AND HAS NO GASKETS. IT JUST SIMPLY CLOSES TO THE CONNECTIONS WHEN THE UPPER BASKET IS PUSHED INTO THE DISHWASHER.

Rubber tube and plastic cone connecting spray arm to water supply was worn out
I replaced the existing spray arm with the new one with an integrated plastic connecting tube. I also replaced the spray arm mount although it was still in good condition. The dishes are cleaner now but there is still a lot of detergent residue although I suspect this might be caused by the detergent. The new mount has a hole on the top and I'm wondering if water is escaping through it instead of being redirected to then entire arm. Good service and delivery by Parts Select.

Broken upper spray arm mount
The mount was already broken into 5 pieces so all I really did was remove the screw from the broken piece. I then placed the mount onto the diswasher rack, placed the arm on the mount & screwed it in. Real simple & easy. In these tough economic times & also for your own satisfaction; it's often just better to do things yourself!

Sprayer mount shaft broke.
First of all it was Easter Dinner and the mount borke. Ughhh... I driled some holes and inserted wire to give it the McGiver effect to get me by. Even the mother in law was impressed! Once new parts arrived I only needed a screwdriver. Be carfeul when screwing in the new screw to hold the new sparyer to the new mount. GO SLOW..Let the plastic "give" as you tighten the screw. To fast and you could twist the new monting shaft off. And just barely snug up the screw. Being to tight, the hot water may expand the plastic durring cylcles and cause undo stress.

Large pan cracked the water spinner assembly under the top rack
Unscrewed the old stem from the water spinner. Unscrewed and removed the old mount from the upper rack. Snapped in the new mount...no screw necessary with the new piece. Screwed the stem to the water spinner...as good as new. EASY!

Upper rack spray arm broke
Removed the screw from the old mount, installed the new mount and hung the arm. Could not have been a simpler process! Also really appreciated the ease of finding the part I needed o the website, and the info that told me I didn't have to order a new hanging ring by stating that it's supposed to have an opening at the 3:00 position.
