Water was not dispersing properly which left dishes less than clean
I removed the end clips so I could slide out the upper rack........I recommend doing this carefully inorder to reuse the clips. All the repairs were easy..........at first I thought the lower arm was not tightened enough, but a simple search told me that it is supposed to "wobble". Thank you for making it so easy to find the right parts. You do an excellent job of organizing parts by model #.

Water can't go to upper rack.
first I removed the Bracket screw underneath of the upper rack , after that I removed the Bracket with my hand by bushing it downward (it removed complete assembly "Bracket & Spray Arm kit") the I removed the other screw to remove the Bracket completely, then I installed the new part's by reversing all above steps, finally I installed the Two screws back again. It is so easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spray arm mount broken and supply tube cracked
First, I compared the parts visually. The mount is a slightly different design. I removed the old mount/spray arm and tube by removing the single screw through the upper mount and un-clipping the rear tube mount. Next I assembled the new parts using the old spray arm as a guide. Note: Installing the new screw for the spray arm into the new mount proved very difficult and I needed to enlarge the pilot hole slightly in order to assemble. I proceeded to attach the new mount to the upper rack and installing the rear tube mount. The new design of the mount eliminated the need for the upper mount and even if I wanted to install it, it will not fit the new design. Overall, an easy repair with a couple of hiccups.

The mount broke off in the upperdish rack wash assembly
I took the whole upper dish rack wash assembly apart removed the piece of broken mount and replaced with a new mount. screwed everything back together and added the Water Inlet Tube Holder that I had been missing previously. That is probably what caused the mount to wear in the first place. Anyway easy fix and good as new working beautifly!!

Mount was broken.
I removed the two screws that held the old mound in place and installed the new mount, which required only one of the screws I removed. Simple.

Mount broken
Just snap the new part on after mounting the spray arm on the mount with the screw driver. Mount needs to be mounted in properly or the spray arm will not spin.

Clips were broken and very easy to replace
I pulled the top tray out by unhooking the end clips. Replacing the broken clips that hold the swivel racks was a breeze The top spray arm was replaced with two screws.

Upper spray arm mounting bracket broke
Doing the repair was quite simple. I just put the new part back where the broken one was (I did take a photo of the parts to make sure I did it correctly) and screwed it in place.
The screws were not easy to tighten by hand, partially because of where the part is located and partially because I don't have much hand strength. Once I got my husband's drill with the screwdriver attachment, the job was done in a flash.
I may have stripped out the screws a bit, but I won't know for sure unless the part breaks again. This was much better than paying someone $75 plus part fees to come to the house!

The spray arm broke
I removed the broken part, went on your website, easily identified the need parts, order the parts, received them in four days ( a weekend was involved) and within about ten minutes of receiving the parts the dishwasher was fixed. We saved ourselves a repair visit and about $150.00. Thanks

The upper rotor mount broke off.
I screwed the rack mount to the spindle using the extra screw I ordered. I removed the upper dishrack's front stops and slid the rack out. I clamped the mount to the dishrack. I screwed the rotor to the spindle with the screw that came with the rotor kit. I slipped the feed tube mount over the end of the tube and clamped it on the dishrack. I replaced the rack in the slides and replaced the front stops.
I had a hard time driving the screws. The slots are crossed but do not seem to be standard Phillips. The screws were hard to drive into the holes in the hard plastic. Before I could drive the mount screw all the way, the slot was too stripped to use.

Broken mount caused dishwasher to shoot water against door, caused leaking
Removed broker washer arm mount with screwdriver and replaced. New parts clipped right on to upper rack, no tools needed. Didn't really need to replace the tube holder but it was brittle so I put it in the order.
