The back corners broke off.
The snack pan is pulled out then lifted slightly and pulled out fully. The new snack pan is then aligned in the slots and pushed in.

Although we do not show covers for the shelf support screws, the screws are part# PS1017887 and the shelf supports are part# PS1018719. The drawers simply slide in and out on the rails molded into the shelves. The shelf for the snack pan is PS1483432 and the middle drawer shelf frame is PS11767901. The wheels and screws for the middle shelf are part numbers PS283653 and PS1483091. We hope this helps you.

Re: Fresh food shelves, top drawer. The front piece (white with "deli fresh" printed) of the deli tray broke. There seems to be 3 pieces to the tray. The front, the front vent (clear) and the tray itself. On the schematic, 471 seems to be the right tray, but does that include all three pieces? Thank you.

This would include the front face that is clear and solid white plastic and has deli fresh printed on it, and the drawer itself. Its the entire drawer, and when ordered and received would come out of the box and slide into the frame, ready to go. I hope this helps!
