Noisy motor bearings
the motor bearing noise/vibration was amplified by the thin metal panel on the freezer's inside back wall. Fridge was making quite a racket. Removed interior shelf, icemaker and rolling tray on bottom of freezer. Shelf and tray pull right out, icemaker is a little trickier but disconnection is not that hard. the plastic piece covering the fan is actually a conduit for airflow from the refrigerator compartment and needs to be removed also. Then, removing the metal back panel reveals the fan and the evaporator coil. The replacement of the fan is very straightforward at this point, couple of screws, couple of wires and thats done. I installed a soft rubber mat cut to size on the inside surface of the back panel with some tape to hold it in place (Used a shower floor non-slip woven rubber type mat - couple of bucks at the grocery store.) Reinstalled panel, duct/cover, tray and shelf. Icemaker was not hooked to water supply anyway so I omitted re-installing that. No more noisy fridge!

No cooling in the refrigrator area
first thanks to part select for the info in the web site.last week notice the area in the refrigerator.was bearly cold. went to parts select read the coments.and whala.i am an expert.my wife was amazed.i was sure the evaporator fan not work,but reading in the web site i learn it can be few other parts so a change all 3 parts,just to make sure, thank you again part selact you are the best.and thank you for the magazines.. Freezer was collecting frost and fan motor was noisy
It took about 10 minutes to remove the rear freezer wall from the inside of the freezer area.
Only tool used was a screw driver.
Once the wall was removed, simply removed the old motor and installed the new one.
Replaced freezer wall.
Total repair time was about 45 minutes and easy to do.

Refrigerator noisy when fan came on
First I removed the power plug, then 2 screws from bottom panel and removed panel. Removed 2 screws from rear panel and removed 2 screws holding fan in rear panel, disconnected 3 wire leads and inserted them on new fan terminals. Installed screws to hold fan in place on rear panel. Installed rear and bottom panel. Plug in power cord.
