This dish rack includes the wheels.
This part works with the following brands: GE, Hotpoint & Kenmore.
This part fixes the following symptoms:
The bottom rack was a breeze since it wasn't attached to anything. The more difficult task was removing the plastic rail guard for the top rack. With some elbow grease and ingenuity, I finally figured out that it must be tilted prior to being popped out of its socket. Follow the same procedure after replacing the rack.

bottom rack was easy as just pull out and replace. Upper rack had to move front part of the brackets to pull out rack which did require some figuring out but I did finally get it and once I figured out one side the other was easy.
Replacing the rack was a "no-brainer". I simply removed the plastic keepers on the ends of the roller racks with a screw driver, pulled the old one out, slid the new one in, and then replaced the keepers with pliers. It couldn't have been easier.
Followed the instructions and it was easy. Made the washer seem brand new!...It is the best solutions for a small budget. We used CLR to wash out the washer workings and it really left a sparkle on the dishes... I am so glad you don't change the models so much that parts can't be exchanged when they wear...
I ordered a replacement from partselect.com and received it in just three days. The only difficult part was deciding how to remove the white plastic end caps on the sliding rails. Finally, I took a small screwdrive and pried out the crimps in the metal, pulled the old caps out, inserted the new ones, and squeezed the metal together again using needle-nosed pliers. Nothing to it!Note: The configuration of the new rack isn't exactly like the original (size and placement of the prongs differ somewhat) but it fits perfectly and works great.
Rack fits perfectly. The problem was removing the old Rail End Caps and then re-installing them. The are plastic and nealy impossible to remove. Finally after much coaxing was able to get them out. Howver, putting them back on was impossible. The long guide that nests inside the Rail could not be made to slide in so the latching hook could go into the rectangular hole. The hook prevented the long guide part from staying in the Rail on the upper end. Tried bending the long guide and it got it to nearly work, but the guide broke. It did not come completely off so left on and just pushed up after hook was put in hole. Doesn't seem to hinder operation. There was a plastic "tower" piece that must be for some other model. The Rack has a place for the Tower, but it wasn't part of the original Rack.
Took end caps off roller guides. Slid old out...slid new in...poped end caps back on...done. Too EASY!
very simple pull out the old and push in the new
The video was extremely helpful. Removing the tabs was easy. However, we struggled with the re-insertion. They did not "snap" back in as easily as seen on video. We ended up using a pair of pliers to push pieces into slot. We did not use very much pressure for fear of breaking the plastic. However, after many tries, we were successful & it works perfectly. Perhaps a close-up of the "snapping in" part might help future installers.
The installation was very easy. I didn't need any tools. Just unsnap the holders that keep the wheels in place on the rails (I'm referring to the upper rack, as the lower rack just sits at the bottom and rolls in and out), take the old one out, slide the new one in, and snap the holders back in place.
took end caps off (one broke) slid in new disk rack and put caps back on.
Took off little white plastic pieces at end of rail. Old rack off and new rack on. End pieces in and railing tighten with pliers. Easy!!!
Once realized needed to open the wheel rail a little to remove wheel stop, it wasn't too difficult. Took about 20 minutes. Part came in a couple of days and was the correct part. Was disappointed that a similiar part, looked the same on the web site costing about $54.00 plus shipping, ended up costing about $100.00. Contacted customer service, said I needed to contact the factory. Seems like they should have researched the problem, Andy Duer
I pulled the two clips in the rack guides and pulled out rack and reinstalled the new rack and put the clip back in the rack guides Thanks for your prompt shipment of the rack I ordered
I removed the end caps on the two side tracks using pliers. I pulled out the old rack and inserted the new one. I replaced the end caps and I was done. It was that simple.
