The right-side door shelf end cap is designed for use in your refrigerator. The function of this part is to connect the shelf bar to the refrigerator door, and hold it in place. This part fits the right-side of your refrigerator door shelf, the left-side door shelf end cap is sold separately. This part is made entirely out of plastic, and is white in color. This product measures approximately 1-inch in width by 1-inch in length. Many of our customers have rated this repair as very easy. The only tool you may need is a soft-faced hammer. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.
I started with the freezer door. I lifted the old gasket from the inside edge to get to the hex head screws that attach the plastic inside liner to the outer door. I did not need to start at any one point so I picked a screw and removed it then I worked my way around the door. I was careful to not drop the liner when I removed the last screw. I removed the liner and pulled the old seal out of its seating grove and replaced it with the new seal. Then I used a hair dryer to fix a few places where the seal was deformed from the packing. The heat helped to get the magnetic seal back into the correct shape. I only had one corner to fix the rest of the seal was fine right out of the box. I applyed a little sealer just as the instruction said to do and then reinstalled the linner and new seal. Then I went through the same process for the refrigerator door. Not a hard job just a lot of screws to remove and then put back. The seal its self took about five minutes. Thanks for the parts!Chris

I removed the broken supports months ago. So, I merely screwed both cover supports into place. The end caps slid into place. Piece of cake. I can't believe you had the parts for our 22 year old refrigerator. You guys are awesome!
I took the door shelf and snapped on the bracket and slid it into place. The inside door bin just slid into place. It took me longer to do a search and find the parts than it did to replace them.
Repair was very simple. I only had to snap the end caps in and fit the door racks over those and snap them in.
I removed the old parts, installed the new parts and reassembled the crisper drawer and rails. For less than $50 delivered I was able to bring the unit back to service for our family.
Ordered the pairs of end caps for both the door shelves. The parts arrived the next day. Opened the wrapper slid the end caps on and attached the shelves to the door. Bingo!!! It was that Easy! Done in less than two days and less than $20. It took me some time to figure out if the parts were right though when I searched online.
Snapped the end caps onto the existing shelf, and eased the assembly into the door slots. Light tapping with a hammer was required to fully seat the assembly into the door. All in all, a straightforward and simple repair.
snapped in the one end, placed the bar in one end and the other clip on the other end and snapped it in place.
I went ahead and replaced all 3 pieces for my freezer door rack because one end piece had broken and during jury-rigging so that I could make it til the parts came I bent the long rod. it was easy.
First I removed the broken end caps that I had taped on. I then slid the end caps on the ends of the bar and simply snapped them onto the door. Voila!
The door shelves in the freezer door of my Frigidaire refrigerator were broken, rendering the shelves useless. I ordered four (4) end caps from PartSelect. The end caps arrived in about five days. I attached the caps to the ends of the door shelves and popped them into the slots on the door. It was a very easy repair!.
Cleaned insert hole, did a dry-run, then pressed everything permanently in place.
