Supports and end cap were broke (for years)
I removed the broken supports months ago. So, I merely screwed both cover supports into place. The end caps slid into place. Piece of cake. I can't believe you had the parts for our 22 year old refrigerator. You guys are awesome!

Broken right side support for the top crisper drawer
All I did was pull out the crisper drawer, remove four screws holding the broken support to the refrigerator wall and then put them back in with the new support. It took longer to remove the food sitting on the shelf and then put it back than it did to actually perform the repair.
My refrigerator is 18 years old, Parts Select was the only place I could find that had any parts for this model, and it fit right the first time. They were great to deal with and I will definitely use them again.

Tab that held up the top of the crisper drawer broke off
Simply unscrewed and removed the broken part and replaced it with the new part - took about 5 minutes.

Wife put too heavy ham on shelf and it broke 25 year old part.
Removed 3 screws and old part; then lined up new part and put 3 screws back. I was amazed that i could get a part for a refrigerator that is over 25 years old. Thanks!!!!!

The front guide support broke on one side and cracked on the other.
I read in another repair story how easy this was so decided to give it a try. I am a 57 yr. old female. I first removed the bottom glass shelf. I then unhooked the wire clips that held the drawer glide to the Support arms. I then unscrewed the four separate screws that attach the broken Support to the Refrigerator wall. I then screwed in the new Support. I repeated this process on the other side. I then replaced the drawer glide and re-hooked wire clips. I then inserted the drawer. 30 minutes tops including a little bit of cleaning.
