This is not freezing, but seems to be defrosting. The door is not sealing hard when shutting the door. I checked the door seal which seems okay. I changed to another plug. The freezer is level. Can you help?

Thanks for your question. Your issue could be related to the compressor start relay. If you have a multimeter, test the relay for continuity and replace it if it shows no electrical continuity.
