Customer: Michael from Carlsbad, CA
Clock and oven didn't work but light still came on inside if door was opened.
Troubleshooting: Ensured I had power (240 VAC) from e-box breaker to oven, which I did. Both hot wires (120 VAC) were hot all the way to the control panel. Repair: Remove power by tripping double-breaker at breaker box. Pull out oven, removed the small top section of sheet metal behind the clock (about 8 screws). Removed 4 more screws to remove control panel from structure. Wrote down the order of the wires and disconnected them (about 8 wires and 3 connectors). Attach wires and connectors to the back of the new control panel board. Install board back onto oven frame and then reinstall sheet metal part. Turn power back on at breaker box. Works great.
